PMPoland has signed the cooperation agreement and from now on the Hedra Tech is our authorized representative. Activity area are: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark. HedraTech is an agency and consulting company for the paper and non-woven industry in the Benelux. Based in the centre of Netherland HedraTech represents various European companies that are active in different areas of the paper industry, like paper machine clothing, anti wear systems and components, aerothermic automation, advanced technology for cylinders and paper machine parts. PMPoland to supply new pick-up roll installation to AB Klaipedos Kartonas paper mill in Lithuania! |

PMPoland – member of PMP Group in September 2011 will deliver to AB Klaipedos Kartonas, Lithuania new Pick-up roll installation. Scope of supply includes pick-up suction roll, pick-up lift assembly, felt roll monting assembly, pick-up suction roll doctor. The contract was signed in November 2010. The paper machine in Klapieda produces testliner with basis grade of 90-180 gsm and fluting – 90-125 gsm. After modernization of the machine, headbox podsides will be equal to 4760 mm and operating speed will reach 650 mpm. The main goal of the AB Klaipedos Kartonas is to increase annual production as well as the quality of final product. AB Klaipedos Kartonas is one of the oldest enterprise in Lithuania. The company is located in the West part of Lithuania in the city of Klaipeda. The company's operation is closely related to ecology - the whole production uses waste paper. |

We would like to inform about new order for wet-end modernization. In March 2011, PMPoland S.A. - member of PMP Group signed contract with Ilim Group for delivery of 5-channel headbox (almost 7400 mm wide) to plant in Koryazhma, Russia. High quality Intelli-Jet V™ headbox will be installed on PM#7. The paper machine will produce copy and offset paper in basis weight range of 55-140gsm. PMPoland will deliver headbox with complete consistency profiling system. It will be equipped with thermal stabilization system, pulsation dumper, headbox and dilution control system, and deckle equipment. PMP delivery will include also two-stage machine screening. PMP delivery is planned at the end of 2011year. Ilim Group will start up PM#7 in 2012. Intelli-Jet V™ hydraulic headbox is characterized by high quality standards. It is designed on the strength of modern technology and long-term experience of PMP engineers. Until now PMP delivered over 130 headboxes. Ilim Group is Russian pulp and paper industry leader. Over 35% of its whole production capacities supplies indigenous market, the rest is exported to Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Koryazhma branch of Ilim Group, in the past known as Kotlas Pulp and Paper Mill, is one of the biggest plant in the Europe. Besides offset paper, the mill manufactures fluting, kraftliner, bleached hardwood kraft pulp, and semi-chemical products.

YFY signed the contract with PMP for PM#1 Reel Rebuild |

In May 2010, Yuen Foong Yu Paper MFG (Yangzhou)Co., Ltd. has signed the contract with PMP for the PM#1 Reel rebuild. PM#1 produces the fluting paper in the basis weight range 105-180 gsm. The paper width at the reel is 3960 mm and operation speed 800 mpm after rebuilt. The assembly and start-up is scheduled in March 2011.
Taiwan's Yuen Foong Yu is a pioneer in the private paper industry. It was founded in 1950. Product ranking leadership position in the domestic paper industry. Yuen Foong Yu Paper-based push-down in many items on display, multi-category, etc. The paper products, including fine paper, industrial paper, such as of paper and household paper.
The story of contacts between YFY and PMPoland started many years ago, during the project PM#21 in 1995. That time PMP were a part of Beloit Corporation. Then, as a PMPoland, we continuously were in contact with YFY. As a final result, in September 2007, the contract for new Tissue Installation was signed. It was the moment when both teams started-up with design, what was finished with common success – a tissue line start-up in October, 2008. In the same year, PMP finished the assembly and start-up of two hydraulic headboxes in Taiwanese mills.
This time Yuen Foong Yu Paper MFG (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd choose PMP as the supplier again makes our relationship goes well. It is an important milestone of building partnership relationships for the future cooperation. |

New Intelli-TopTM Formers For Shandong Huajin Paper Co., Ltd. |

14th December 2010, PMP signed the contract with Shandong Huajin Paper Co., Ltd for two Intelli-Top™ Formers for PM#1 & PM#2. Both of these two machines are dedicated to coated ivory board production.
Sishui Paper Co., Ltd was established by Shandong Huajin Group as the main subsidiary of the group. The main products are divided into two series more than 90 varieties: middle/ high grade industrial base paper, middle/high grade office fine paper. The products are sold throughout all over the country and exported to more than ten countries and regions, it is a large state-owned enterprise, the backbone-level of mill for China's paper industry.
PM#1 is existing machine with 3100mm of headbox pondside, the max. operation speed is 350mpm, and it is designed to produce paper with basis weight from 250gsm to 350gsm. PM#2 is a new machine, the headbox pondside is 3773mm, with basis weight range is from 200 to 350 gsm, at 600 mpm. The delivery and start-up is planned for the second half of 2011. |

We would like to announce that Jiangsu Changfeng Paper Co. Ltd. in October 2010 decided to choose PMP Group as a supplier of the 3 new Intelli-Jet V™ hydraulic headboxes and 1 Intelli-Sizer™ for their PM#3 which will produce kraftliner of 110-220 gsm. The assembly and start-up is planned for the second half of 2011.
Jiangsu Changfeng Paper Co., Ltd. belongs to the Jiangsu Chamfor Group. The existing paper machines mainly produce 90-180 gsm high-strength corrugated paper which fully meet the different customer demand. The products have been exported to all over the country, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
The Customer chose PMP as the supplier is because of big impression of PMP’s rich reference and professionalism in the paper line. |

We have the pleasure to announce that at 1st September 2008, The Opening Ceremony of new facility, PMP IB (Changzhou) Machinery & Technology, located in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, China took place. In the ceremony took part about 120 people. There participated many guests from potential customers, subcontracting companies, local government and many others. There were also representatives from the Managing Board of PMP Group – Mr. Aaron Braaten – chairman and CEO, the General Manager of PMPoland Mr. Zbigniew Manugiewicz and other members of the Managing Board – Mr. Mirosław Pietraszek and Mr. Przemysław (Pemo) Klimczak. Among guests there were also representatives from International Paper, APP, and General Consul from Polish Consulate in Shanghai – Mr. Andrzej Lysiak. |

In May in Zhaoqing Kelun Paper started-up PMPoland’s (member of PMP Group) Intelli-JetVTM hydraulic headbox. It is important to mark that it was 9-channel headbox. It was installed on PM#1 that was brought from Russia. The headbox pondside is equal to 4654 mm. Machine produces sack and kraft packing papers with basis weight range of 65-120 gsm, maximum operating speed is 650 mpm. The paper mill goal was to increase quality of the paper.
